How can I stop having a panic attack before work?
OK, this is my 4th day of work, and it seems that every time before hand I Freak Out. Many, I feel sick, my stomach hurt and my heart breaks. I breatheing problems, confusion. I'm afraid. Big time. I do not understand completely, I will not be alone, even if I am in difficulty "is not really in trouble over 'oops'. Nobody wants to say. Does someone knows how to stop, I tremble at the moment and feeling sick and bereavement. That fear now more like an hour before hand, so when I'm there. But this feeling is basically ruin my day because I work at 4 pm and tomorrow, I have some anxiety until I leave. I tried to breathe, I learned Excersize buhddist and some books to distract myself with music and art that I like, but physically, I am still crazy. Thank you to everyone who decides to help.
