Im 18 and I have always had breathing problems as panic attacks and asthma. I a premature baby and my lung collapsed (I know if it's something to do with that). had an "episode" Not long ago, when I awoke two hours later fell asleep feeling of panic, my heart was pounding, my eye sight was very tender and was wet and I felt dizzy and very sick (Seguí burping). Fortunately, my mother woke up and calmed me down .. I fainted twice before, and felt exactly right as I did not just weak now. I wondered what could have been? Im really scared to go back to sleep because it was like an unpleasant sensation. It always seems to go through periods where I wake up I can not breathe and take my inhaler. I'm going to see a doctor about this when I can, I just want an opinion on this subject. Thank you!

Wow, that was scary for you, dear … sorry! It also seems to suffer from sleep apnea, a condition where the body stops breathing essentially a short period of time during sleep. I think you should consult a doctor to have this investigated further. Good luck and God bless.
