Treatment with herbal for generalized anxiety disorder?
My mother does not love me pills. I any fact, as the exercises, pray, meditate, watch DVDs of shit, I spent like 4 days without even thinking of something good, but always had to worry about feeling in pit of stomach. Is there a treatment herbal why?
I was poor where you are and what is not so …. Definitely see a physiotherapist who can give a mixture of herbs to take to relieve stress nervous system. I can not remember what in mine (Hawthorne, ginger, etc. comes to mind), but I had to take 5 ml x 3 times daily. He wonders for me. Besides, my naturopath put me on fish oil, protein shakes (to assist in the production of serotonin) magnesium and vitamin B in one. I also saw a psychologist to talk about why I'm so stressed / anxious that helped a lot. I think that is really important as the treatment plants will only work if you are mentally prepared to deal with things. That seemed to help to me, I hope is for you too. Good luck!
