Causes, symptoms and treatment of anxiety attacks

I suffered from panic attacks for 3 years and was about to quit my job. I tried to panic away and to my surprise it worked. Different things to different people, so I do not approve. I would say that our Docotr is the first person to contact if you have panic attacks
