"I can overcome panic disorder without medication?
I recently received a diagnosis of panic disorder, and the psychiatrist, he prescribed a low dose Lexapro, while saying that people get through this without medication, but it sounded like I wanted (I do not think I ever said that.) I do not want to rely on medication for the rest of my life and I am sexual side effects, which is really suck. I was wondering if anyone has overcome this without drugs, no treatment, and how difficult it was. Or if someone has done with drugs, or both. Advice from people with experience preferably professionals. Thank you
