You have a lot of things going on in your mind … and it seems that no one understands you … You can easily angered, frustrated or you feel this way … You might say: "I just want to be myself again. "Well, here are some things you can do … It will not be easy 1. Try not not focus on these feelings because you say "This is just anxiety, which will disappear with time. Many people go through the same "2. To help your anxiety, make sure you do not smoke pot, or smoke cigarettes, because of two things make you hate. Hi my name is Ryan and I have very severe panic attacks. They don’t last for minutes…more like an hour, or i’ll be on the edge of one all day. I’ll feels dizzy all day. My heart will beat fast all day. I have them in my sleep as well. I get them when I wake up. I try to breath normally, but the feeling of my heart beating so fast causes me to maintain the attack. My hands also get numb. Chest pains…of course. Sometimes my vision gets dark, like I’m about to faint, then I start shaking, and get dizzy.
I have been panic attack free for two months, until a few days ago. I guess, for me, it works in cycles. Some times I think when I go to sleep i’ll never wake up. Sometimes feeling those sensations want me not to live in the first place. I live in fear everyday. I’m afraid to go out with friends. Afraid of any social interaction what so ever. Don’t have a girlfriend. Havn’t had one in years. I’m actually a very happy person. But in the back of my mind there is this flood about to rush over me at any second. The only thing that makes me calm down is water, running water. And animals…dogs are the best. Xanex is the best though.
For any of you reading this, i feel your pain. I know your struggle. It’s not your fault, and every day that you deal with this is proof of how strong of an individual you are. Every day you struggle to stay on your feet, or go to the store, or talk to a friendly stranger. Every day you deal with weird looks about your trembling. Every day is hell, and keeping a smile on your face, and telling people your “fine, nothing is wrong,” is true strength.
