Panic attacks and fibromyalgia?
Hello, some five months, I started having pains in joints and muscles. I went to the doctor and had blood tests were normal. She thinks I have fibromyalgia and prescribed antidepressants to help me sleep better at night. The drug gave me nightmares so I stopped taking it and live with the pain. Just after two months but I started getting panic attacks and that the last two weeks have been very serious. I could not even get into the job because I am very excited and have a panic attack and have to go home. I saw the doctor this afternoon, this is now ridiculous and think they have depression and fibromyalgia and put me on another type of antidepressant. Do you think you might be the case and I had more depression or someone knows if the panic attacks may be a symptom of fibromyalgia? I went to another doctor right now and am prescribed citalopram.
I think Fibromyalgia and the damage you can cause panic attacks. What gave you the pill for depression?? Some excellent work and others may side effects that you mentioned. If joint pain and muscle is the first doctor was right. You do not know if it was Dr. simultaneously. If I'm going to a doctor again and again. Fibromyalgia can cause depression DEFINITELY!
