Why do people with anxiety / panic attacks do not believe that the problem?

OK, so I had all the symptoms of attacks panic, and each of the 4 doctors that I saw the same conclusion … Anxiety disorder, panic attacks … They did cat scans holtor monitor electrocardiogram, thyroid tests and ultrasounds, blood tests and multiple Nothing wrong with me but the thing to panic! How I think it something important is happening to me … it just came out of nowhere … rightly …. I still feel like now I am becoming a hypochondriac … all pain and I think that pain is something serious … my leg injury in last 2 days I told him …. a blood clot which had a headache 2 days, even turmor if I were a brain … I spent quite a normal monster of mental health …. Is it normal for things to panic?? I have this thing …., IM as a defense in this way, I'm still waiting for a panic attack to happen …. and now its instant messaging Such waiting to happen unless I am very busy … part of it be emotional?

Hello! Sorry to hear that suffers panic attacks. I think people are often reluctant to believe that their experiences are panic attacks, because the symptoms are so physical and "real" – nausea, tremors, palpitations, vomiting, etc. Initially, it is difficult to believe that these physical symptoms can be caused by our thinking. Try these steps and you should see your anxiety and panic attacks decreased significantly: 1.Breathe correctly – If controls breathing, control of panic. Once you notice any signs of anxiety, check your breathing: inhale slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or less). Exhale slowly and a little more (for the count of 7 or less) orally. No fast breathing or shallow (chest). This will soon restore the balance between oxygen and you will feel much better. 2. The cognitive-behavioral therapy! CBT has been shown to be as effective for panic attacks and anxiety. Takes a little work, but it is very effective. (After 15 years of panic attacks, mine stopped completely).
