Can stress, anxiety and depression because of strange thoughts?

I was diagnosed w / depression, but I suspect that I, and anxiety and I am struggling with stress permanently … you put all these things together, and my thoughts sometimes strange (like, especially when everything goes well, I force myself to think something bad as death or injury) and I overworry and make me sick and all that … is typical of someone who has all the battles of this mental disorder?

Im going through the same thing just trying to stay busy and push thoughts away
