Do I have stress or anxiety?

Lately I've been noticed at work, I go home early because I can not handle the stress. If anything is another. If not someone from a fire, now employing someone. However, customers have been extremely hard lately (I am a receptionist / cashier at a Cadillac dealer) and I used to be able to take the cries and screams. Over the last 6 months, I can not take it. I break out in hives, mourning, stir / shake, and I usually leave early because it is too much to take. I decided to stop, so this is my last week here. But I do not even want to be here. Does this sound like a stress disorder, anxiety, or better when I'm out of here? In fact, I have low self-esteem at all. I've never had a problem with that. I'm not too sensitive, or, in fact, I am the target of all jokes in my family. Recently began to occur.

I would not say you have a stress disorder or anxiety at all. It is actually quite normal. The only problem is, some people can "lock" both say bad things, whether to have a big ego, or simply recognize that the customer is crying with the situation and not to the receptionist, or simply learn not to care. You seem to be too sensitive and probably did not feel very about you in general. If he comes to leave their jobs, try to increase self-esteem exercises, if necessary with the help a professional. For mild cases even friends can help.
