How to stop anxiety attacks?

I still have anxiety attacks is likely to do with the fact that I had an operation two months ago but nobody knows how to stop them?

I think breathing is the key – slow, controlled breathing and deep is good. Maybe try counting slowly to 8 to breathe again and when you exhale. I reassure myself that the things I fear most (fainting and vomiting) will not occur. It is widely common in the world clinical outcome that more people fear a panic attack actually happens, but when that can (and does) I feel very real. Maybe consider seeing a counselor about any anxiety about their operation? Hope that helps:)
