Home remedies for social anxiety disorder?

I was struggling with the sad, except for a few years. I taken Zoloft, but I really want to try something that will start working as soon as you use (Zoloft takes several weeks). Does someone knows the remedies? Or any useful advice when you feel a little anxiety attack? It gets really bad for me and I need help :-(
