what are some creative ways to release anxiety and tension instead of self-harming?

I have been cutting myself for a while and i don’t want to do it anymore.
can anyone help me with some alternatives?

Be careful with the exercising if u try that, one time when i exercised to try and not cut i actually ended up cutting and making the worst scars i have, because of the adrenaline i couldnt feel it so i went deeper then normal and it was just horrible, so exercise sometimes isnt good for my mental health lol, just be careful.
