Effective treatment of panic disorder with psychotherapy
Experts from the American Psychiatric Association are now in the process of review its guidelines to reflect the latest findings on the significant effect of speech therapy to manage symptoms usually panic disorder paralyzing.

The new study involved 49 people with panic disorder. Using a standard scale to measure and evaluate symptoms of anxiety, approximately 70% showed significantly less anxiety and panic symptoms, whereas only 39% of those involved have showed an increase in their symptoms.
The success of research opens the way for experiments on a larger scale to compare effects of psychodynamic psychotherapy to cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for people with disabilities panic.

The research is to provide new and improved therapies that can help most people with the condition live a productive and fulfilling life. In addition to therapy, medication inhibitors such as selective serotonin reuptake may be prescribed and used as a complementary therapy.
