I 'm sorry that you suffer from anxiety. It's something I have suffered since I am with 12 and now I'm 31. It comes and goes, but really never stops. I have palpitations and pains in the chest nearly every day. I saw the doctor and had every test and they found nothing wrong with me. However, it gave me something called a beta-blocker that helps control your heart rate and causes palpitations disappear. They give people the jitters and panic disorders. Your parents must take to get verified, even if you feel panic for no reason at all, ensure you are well and that will help your anxiety. You're 16, I'm sure his heart is healthy. Do not smoke, try to stay active effort is currently concern. I hope this feeling disappears. Some people really benefit from taking drugs daily to help as well .. Good luck to you .. I wish you all the best. I wish I could help you more. Being in this way and with what happens to you is the worst thing in the world do not want my worst enemy.
