Self-help for panic disorder?
I had a problem for some time to be paranoid, especially at night, always lock all the rooms my house or I am afraid that someone may have entered my house and hid in this room until Do you turn off the lights (I know i sound crazy but the truth.) I recently had a panic attack that landed me in the hospital because I thought I was a heart attack. What I can say is that I felt much better after the medication and was able to get them out of here one year. It has been seven years since it was the drugs do not attack me anymore and I feel much better. Good luck.
