For me, suicidal thoughts are a good thing?
I have a panic disorder or anxiety and, therefore, I have afraid to go out in public and ridiculous. Sometimes I use the possibility of suicide for me to take risks (eg, go) I say: "I dont care if I have a panic attack and look like a psychotic monster … You can always kill myself later, "Of course I do not intend kill me what ever! Although we know it is a choice of accommodation I think ….. Is it strange?
I almost everyone is thinking about suicide from time to time … you should try to focus on more positive things instead of thinking that struggle to get out and have a panic attack … The man does not care just as his world, and if you have a crisis in public that should not cause stress because of what others think .. what matters is what you think.
