Distance and distraction of a concern to help resolve the problem much faster, help clear your mind and, in time, you can view the situation more clearly. Say you meet your last concern, a moment later, when your mind has had the opportunity to clear and when you feel less emotional and more rational. Create a schedule fixed the next day or better in a week or two and set aside half an hour to think. The longer you wait the vision and the more you see the situation clearly. You can find the time comes that you are able to put his concerns in a proper perspective, what the situation is not as bad as initially thought he was, or is no longer a problem for you all. After all, 96% concerns do not materialize. It is also a great way for you to test the seriousness of their concerns. If, in time, this concern has blurred in his mind, let them do it, of course, setting a new time in a week or a fortnight to see if the concern is justified their consideration. The best thing about this approach is that most concern postpones more rational and less emotional than you can see. You may find the problem is your mind naturally. Okay, so that if the concerns fade. While it is still a problem at the end of the half-hour set aside to deal with it, then set a new, perhaps a week or two weeks so that your mind has been a greater opportunity to clean and when they are most capable to think objectively and rationally.

During this time you entertain and enjoy life, to divert their attention to the causes of your anxiety, if you are less likely to magnify these concerns out of proportion with reality, they can not you grasp. Ease you this, but be persistent. In other words, stay away from the cause of their anxiety. The concept is to take your mind slowly in another direction. Do you relax: Listen to music, watch TV, watch a comedy, cook, do something you've always wanted to do, as a healthy pastime or interest, especially if your passion for something. To do otherwise, especially if you wish, help you control your anxiety, because our brain can not pay attention to one thing at a time.
