Anxiety and panic disorder during pregnancy?

I have anxiety and panic disorder and have taken Paxil and Xanax. The doctors told me to completely stop all medications. Has this ever happened to anyone, and how to manage panic attacks? I'm kinda freaking here. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

I am suffering from anxiety so bad as long as I think medication once pregnancy is after. I was on two drugs you mentioned them before leaving, but only because my disgust for what I feel about drugs. Before getting pregnant I relied on lots of Valerian root and herbal teas to help my anxiety, which totally dominated my life on most nights. When I was pregnant, I had to stop all this and have done quite well (up last week or so I approach my due date). I'll make some suggestions in the hope that will help you stay calm and relaxed during your pregnancy for you and your baby. 1.) Exercise – This will not only prepare you for the birth, to stay healthy during pregnancy and keep your spirits above, helps to give vent to feelings of anxiety and really make you feel good. Just make sure to talk to your doctor for good. I have low impact cardio and light intensity of training every two days 6 days a week until a Just over a month when only focuses on cardio with low impact, 5 days a week. 2.) Yoga – I know it's considered a form exercise, but I give this part of his, and that really helps to get you to relax by stretching and focus on your breathing. Eat healthily and drink plenty of water.
