Panic Disorder …. and pregnant women?

Hello to all … im 20 weeks pregnant … I suffered from panic attacks for years .. I when I got pregnant, my doctor took my Lexapro … iv been good so far .. Last Nite then .. I started having chest tightness anxiety .. and shortness of breath .. This is generally how my poor start attacks panic, I still feel like that this morning …. Has anyone been pregnant and had to cope with this situation? IM so scared … advice helps really …
