I think I might have a panic disorder?
first well of panic disorders are genetic in origin? because my mother would have asked Throughout its 20 and 30. I always had a lot of anxiety, but lately I've been breathing short and I wanted breathe into a paper bag and sit down. my skin is all these big red spots, I can not control every time I get nervous. I do not know what is wrong. and, Recently, I was driving when I was really scared and have the momentum to leap from the car … this happened three times in the last month. I see a doctor for it?
