So do you think of fruits and vegetables are good for your health? Maybe not. There are many food additives that are actually harmful and can lead to insomnia, agitation, anxiety and many other problems. And some of them are used on fruit and vegetables. But that's not all. There are a number of food additives that have been isolated which can cause insomnia, anxiety, agitation, depression, insomnia, irritability, etc.

Since the 1970s, autism rates are believed to have increased 10 times in the United States.
The fact that a food additive called "natural" does not mean its safe!
Here are some examples of bad food additives to avoid if you have trouble sleeping, waking up in the middle of the night, waking too early, feeling anxious, too tired, depressed, stress, etc.:
 • The common bread preservative (or a mold inhibitor) 282. Calcium propionate (282) 's symptoms (eats a lot bread) May include difficulty sleeping, night walking, night terrors, unexplained fatigue, depression, irritability, pain growth, nocturnal enuresis, nasal congestion and restlessness;
 • Vigil, depression, irritability, (agitation 320 hydroxyanisole antioxidant BHA BuyLater – banned in Japan and may not be included on products containing less than 5% vegetable oil);
 • salicylates.
