Help with episodes of panic.?

I have a panic disorder. Waiting to see my doctor, but meanwhile, I need of some relief. I take Klonopin to help me calm down. But are there any exercise you can do to keep the irrational thinking happen until I return to the doctor. I'm not much panic, but when I get the attacks I'm dizzy and intense stomach pain, I am also very tense. I can use the progressive relaxation with guided imagery, but I have to do something for me to return the focus to my daily life and not think about my next episode of panic. It seems that sleep is the only thing that makes me feel better, but I work and function.

Mother cut Ooooh, SHA lamma lamma lamma ding dong. Yahoo name Cool. I love it. Hey, I used to have panic attacks on a regular basis for years. Most of the time were very slight. But sometimes they were very intense. I read an article by a doctor who treated his patients with a daily dose of fish oil. Omega 3 fish oil is an important advantage for brain and nervous system. I started taking a dose lower than actual 1000 mg capsules per day with my daily multivitamin. After about two weeks, I started to feel very calm all day long. It encouraged me to believe that this really works. I increased my dose to take several pills of fish per day. After several months, and panic attacks have completely stopped (so far) on a permanent basis. It is a number of years. Good luck. Hope this helps.
