How can I see the doctor when I have panic attacks?

Catch 22 – I have a panic disorder to the point of not being able to go a mile home. I developed a resistance to sleep my meds and not me. I have an appointment Wednesday to a new MED prescribed, but can not make the doctor to Get it. What should I do? Achieving this goal will have seen me, but there is nothing that can take care of an attack imminent that occur en route or doctor. Just a piece of paper, "Try this and good luck making it at home, freak. My concern is high my character is evil and I would almost rather be shot than this appointment. I prefer answers from people who are or have suffered from panic disorder, because most have no idea of simply saying "be a man and take it. "not useful in this situation.

1) Try to borrow another way than usual. 2) Ask someone you trust to go with you, someone to listen and help you talk through travel. 3) Try not to refer to an appointment with Dr. John Doe and think rather than going to visit John. 4) My final tip is to establish shelters along the route to take (where you can stop or go back to talk to trees or other) 5) Pray. Ask your God and Savior, to take a walk with you … I promise, you're not alone
