For people recovering from agoraphobia and phobias …..?

It is more likely to exercise to help them benefit me as I work through my problems with my agoraphobia and panic disorder? I want to improve as soon as possible! Also can you recommend a diet healthy food and I also help you become more clean and healthy and just normal? Thank you! xx

When you have an eating disorder, will not disappear as soon as possible. It takes years to learn how they feel about the world outside. I also found a job close to home so I can go out every day, but the house would close. Remember that you are stronger than his fear.
