Why panic disorder because my eating disorder?

I mean when I started having panic attacks and learn I thought this was a problem was that I ate. I was good in the first eat, but suddenly I became monster food labeling begins to walk away from many foods and now I'll eat what you eat makes a baby and its causeing my pain and it hurts I want to eat again, but more and more I do for even a sandwich, I have a panic attack because I think it will cause.
