Why do I have anxiety attacks when reading / study?

I have anxiety disorder that sometimes border crisis panic. I think that getting more when I am reading or studying, especially if I'm in the library. I have these rushes of anxiety and sometimes I feel my mind is detached from my body. In any case, why does it seem to happen when I read or study? Anyone have good advice on how to control panic attacks?

I have those a lot, even when I am with my friends. They come so quickly. This is my opinion 1. go to a doc. Try some of the fight against drugs anxiety. can help.
