never had a problem with caffeine … Why now?

I had severe heart palpitations one day and was transported to the hospital … I was diagnosed bronchitus, heart palpitations and abstinence from alcohol. I stopped to drink from, but after the hospital became a panic disorder, because of how I was scared. I do not get anxiety attacks more often because of his seven months sober. I have symptoms when I stimulants such as heart palpitations. Am I sick? Why I can not handle more caffeine? everyone says it is my anxiety, but I'm not depressed and did not stress my life what so ever … no work or school. Everyone breathes from their necks saying it's my anxiety. I have blurred vision and pressure in my head but no pain … I am hypoglycemic or something? please help.

Some of us are just the curse of the poor nerves. (Me included). We are prone to anxiety attacks / panic, and there's a damn thing we can do about it. For me, medication is the only thing that helps, and really help. I like Klonopin. I've been at it for 10 years and have not had to climb over it, which is great. Some people recommend yoga or meditation. It can work for you. Caffeine is a stimulant. I know when I drink coffee, my hands are shaking. Anxiety can cause strange things to your body! If you believe that the vision blurred and the pressure in your head is not related to anxiety, consult a doctor! You need to be reviewed and possibly a blood test. Then you'll know exactly what is happening, and only relieve the anxiety you feel you can not have! bless you and good luck! :)
