Is it bad when I can make the difference between reality and fantasy? ?

Everyone says that reading is good for you. When I read I feel I feel so in the book and the story is to me. At some point I can not tell the difference between what is really happening and what is happening in the book. I started reading a story today and became so real to me that I started having an attack panic. I have a panic disorder, but never had a panic attack reading a story. Is this normal or do I have a mental disorder?

You say you have a "panic disorder", if it is a fact that must be diagnosed by a mental health professional. Explain to people. You can need help to cope with it. My thought is that it has a more "active imagination." Most kids have an imagination fertile. Please do not listen to the psychologist that the label pseudo words as schizophrenic
