Has anyone had a general anxiety disorder / panic attacks?
I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder generalized and panic attacks .. It is an exhausting experience and I was wondering if anyone else has spent there and on the other side? If yes, what have you done? I suffer with it for two months. I tried to Xanax, but it seems that only a Band-Aid when it disappears, the anxiety is back, and I do not want to be dependent. I hear the Cognate behavioral therapy is good, if so, what method to use? In addition, all the right tools, or if you want detailed outline of how he recovered it would useful too. Thank you very much, I'm still hopeful, but resumed my life ..
Hello John, I have anxiety disorder and I am fully to understand how you may feel frustrated and desperate. I had my condition for almost six years. I was diagnosed 15 years and I'm almost 21. As you can imagine, if was diagnosed at that age. to say nothing of all ages, has an enormous cost in my development, self-esteem and general happiness. I remember the first two years of the disorder to be pure chaos. I felt like if I were one million to juggle the emotions that I was constantly on edge. I never felt normal. I never felt "right." I found myself thinking constantly of my trouble, whether at home, at school or elsewhere. I could not relax before I could. All Suddenly, my condition has become my life and I hated him. You probably know that there are many treatment techniques and options that you can try to help manage or even overcome their condition. I'm quick to try many different things as possible when I first was diagnosed. I just wanted to get rid of this thing, this shadow horrible that I had consumed. After frustrating to spend a remedy to address, I found option that has worked for me – Hypnosis CD. I listen every night while I sleep and hypnosis relaxation significantly decreases my anxiety. You can choose the CD or download the pharmacy, but they work. The take several weeks to get but once you cast, you will find their dispels anxiety. Anxiety is in your mind. This is something useful to try to remember when trying to overcome my anxiety. My negative thoughts are what fuel my illness, so in order to get rid of the mess we must change our thoughts to more positive. Easier said than done, I know. To answer your question, yes, I conquered Anxiety Disorder 99%. I used to be at home, and now I can manage, get on and off trains, theft and a store without persistent anxiety problems myself. It takes Working on your behalf to reach this stage, but remember, the anxiety is just thoughts, that's all. When you have an expectation and their thoughts and learning to change it would be nice. Here's an exercise that works: Give all your fears, all the things that cause anxiety. For example, you could write: "I'm going to" disappear. Now, once you have a list of your fears, pass by each (perhaps with a friend or a support) and note the reasons why all fear is totally irrational and unrealistic. This exercise works wonders! especially if you repeatedly. Precisely because it helps to change your thoughts, and, better yet, you can take paper with you everywhere. so if you start to panic just re-read that "the fight against "the anxious thoughts. Good luck!
