If you have a anxiety disorder or panic an important part of their recovery process is to obtain an understanding of their symptoms. If you do not understand not how their symptoms occur, so you can remain trapped in their fears about them.

Perhaps the first thing I saying is that you are not alone! Everyone in the world knows anxiety until one time or another! It is our natural response to danger if the danger is real, planned, or simply imagined.

The feelings we experience are part of our fight or leak. Is a natural reaction to danger and is in humans and animals. When the fight or flight response is activated, hormones are released through the body that allows us to fight against the situation is dangerous or run from him. The effects of these changes in the chemistry of our body can be quite dramatic:

Sweating, palpitations, dizziness, legs go to jelly, chest pain and numbness, tingling, hyperventilation, trembling, shortness of breath, feelings of unreality, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, a feeling of losing control.

It is important to realize that these are part of our evolutionary heritage, the way nature conservation body. They are not problems in themselves and generally away once the immediate danger is past.

Many people do not realize that how they feel when they have an anxiety disorder, becomes his fight or flight. Our body can not tell the difference between the thoughts in our head and a real physical danger.

At this level, the brain makes the call even sentence on a truck very real to you, and that inner voice that says: "What if I have a panic attack, what happens if I am the fool, What happens if the doctor made a mistake? "Just go" danger "and illuminates the fight or flight and all go!

Most do not suffer from anxiety disorders spend a typical day lead their fight against the theft or response to a low level. There may be occasions when they could tip higher, but they are the exception not the rule. The causes of these increases are generally easy to do – Start a new job, attending at a funeral, a violent argument with a colleague, etc.

Others suffer from a high level of anxiety on a regular. Your feelings can not be attributed to any obvious cause, it is just there. This high level of anxiety disorder nonspecific called generalized anxiety disorder or generalized anxiety. People with this disorder have often not the ability to concentrate and feel exhausted all the time.

Over and above this background level of concern that we raised the full blown panic attack itself. If you have lived as it is known that the attack can be terrifying. Because they are so unpleasant – We feel like we could be on the verge of death – began to fear a new crisis. This causes even more fear, and so, like a snowball slowly gathering pace and weight as it rolls a hill, the cycle of fear gains unstoppable momentum!

It is important to recognize that any change in his life can act as a trigger for panic disorders. It is a sign of personal weakness or inadequacy. Events as the death of a loved one, moving to a new home, or divorce can all act as a catalyst.

Sometimes a first attack came a situation which is then anchored to the attack. A person can have their first panic attack in a car and then associate the car with the attack panic if a car will cause new episodes.

It is where our level of anxiety begins to disrupt our normal life, we have a problem and the need to take positive steps to resolve it.

The first thing to do if you think you suffer from anxiety disorder generalized, or have experienced a panic attack is to obtain a full medical examination from your doctor to rule out any physical underlying.

Some foods also known to make things worse. Caffeine is a stimulant that can increase anxiety and excess sugar may have a similar effect. Regarding alcohol "Relax" you is also a bad idea – it is more likely that the anxiety worse!

There are also many self-help programs available can quickly and efficiently help you along the path of healing. Thing The most important is to take powerful measures to restore their health and confidence. The process begins with a good understanding of the symptoms and why they occur. This allows us to lose our various fears, and in so doing, we can get our fight against or escape response.
