Does anyone have panic disorder? Having panic attacks as usual?

I was diagnosed in 2004. It is a terrible feeling of my medicine. What are the symptoms? U How do you feel when you have an attack?

T hi, I was diagnosed in 1997. We are really difficult souls when we must deal with conditions like that. The symptoms of my panic attacks are alienated levels of adrenaline, hands and feet cold, rapid pulse, shallow breathing, unable to breathe deeply, he feels like "I'm going crazy "and want to escape. I regret his total spirit which usually *&^%, curses, but that's how it feels. It led to concern "for my next attack and has seriously diminished my friendship and my social life.
