panic disorder / anxiety, which causes panic?

What situations make you really panic or be nervous? What disorder fuels? I have anxiety disorder and I'm just curious. Mine is to drive on motorways and confined spaces.

For me to be with other people in a situation I can not control or escape easily. Thus, planes, trains, ships and transport together for me. I'm nervous in cinemas, theaters, and conferences. I also feel uncomfortable in the car if the driver knows not or do not understand my panic disorder. Silence, darkness and also affects me in strange places. Lol. Not much fun. Bless
