Does anyone know a way to cure panic attacks of IBS?
I have two
They also suffer from IBS and is usually stress or panic that triggers an attack of IBS. I must be careful not to be frightened or stressed, or am I on the sofa, writhing in pain until they pop dicyclomene slightly. I try to keep my life in order and do a lot of prayer and meditation to calm myself, and I also think that eating and doing things regularly can also help. The diet, especially vegetables and fiber, it seems to help, and avoid coffee and other stimulants. Good luck.
