I had bulimia for over 15 years. I worked desperately to stop! I have been bulimic for free and out for a while now but have suffered panic attacks instead. I really do not realize breathe. I hold my breath. I have anxiety and without the crutch of bulimia who have terrible panic attacks fading. I thought yoga could help? What type of yoga?
