How panic attacks and panic disorder treated?
Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows if there is an in-the-counter supplements which can be used to treat panic attacks and / or depression? I'd like to find some sort of supplement or medication that could help to prevent social anxiety in particular. Maybe I should find some breathing exercises to help keep my heart rate.
