what triggers anxiety attacks in normal Panic? like when I am with my mother and I am crazy about my brother did something I never had panic attacks. I just really anger and begins to cry. when I'm in a debating competition, I do not think nervous, but I want to win so badly and I am the team unusure extent the other is in debate, and I get panic attacks all the time. I want to know what triggers panic attacks? Why not just normal anxiety? Why be so bad again?

To feel that way, anxiety is a general feeling of "preventing the punishment" is to say not occur, however, you think its going to happen, your stress. Although a real attack would be and "Doom" Knee Deep in it, not exit, back against the wall ends, AAAAAAAHHHHHHh. So it's just more intense.
