Klonopin and Xanax … What is enough?
I am currently taking 1 mg and 0.5 mg of Xanax klonipin to wake up at 7am. Then I take 0.5 mg of Xanex 11 am and again at 16 hours. When I go to bed I take another 1mg of Klonopin. I have extreme anxiety. Give me panic attacks when they do not take these drugs, and I can not sleep and I have a fear of crowds. These drugs help to function, but it has been suggested exaggerating. What do you think?
I attend a weekly support group for people suffering from depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc. I met many people who have little or no medicines and people who take drugs as much as six other day. Volume typically 1.5 mg of Klonopin per day for the three drugs for major depression other. In my own story and listen to the people in my group I would say that you take a lot of sense because they said that their concern is extreme. I've seen people take 4-5 mg of Klonopin over other drugs. What is a moderate dose of Klonopin and a very small dose of Xanax. 0.5 mg of Xanax is usually an initial dose. The mean dose (not Klonopin) is 5-6 mg per day, and people at 10 mg per day. A major question to ask is how you feel. Do you feel "high" or sedated with drugs. Also, how much did you trust your doctor? I had to lower the heat over the years. Because even the best shrink, prescribing drugs is a thing as a safe bet. However, I believe that anxiety is a bit simpler to treat major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. You did not mention the time was to take these drugs. You run the risk of physically or psychologically addicted. Klonopin has a long half-life (18-50 hours), while xanax is a short half-life (6-12 hours). Without going into details, a way of life is an indication of the duration drug stays in your body. My suggestion is that you get the healthier and more anxiety as possible. Then you can get concerned about the decline drugs, if that's what you do. Of course, all this must be with the advice of its contraction.
