Social anxiety and interviews?

I am very nervous going into job interviews. I'm not nervous about the interview itself, but to achieve interview. For example, I am afraid the door, if there is a bell to enter this kind of thing. Without being able to anticipate each and every one of those things that makes me so nervous and scared. Whenever I'm in the building and let them know that I am For the interview that everything will be normal nerves and I have no maintenance. But before things give me panic attacks for several days in advance. I take no medication for my social anxiety and choose to use behavioral therapy and exposure therapy. Has anyone similar concerns or tips to share with me?

Remember that being nervous is a normal feeling. I know that in the case of persons with social anxiety, this feeling is generally higher, but keep in mind people cope with it to varying degrees different. I suggest you reconsider the drug because most of the literature on the subject suggests a combination of both drugs and therapy products the best results.

Good to see information on this subject. There are a lot of people out there who suffer from this and don’t realize it is anxiety. Many think there is something else wrong or they think they are dying. The more information on the subject the better.
