hi my name is yassmina my panic attack start about 2 months now since that i always have bad headache,heart pain,i feel tired,my eyes hurt,chest pain ,i lost weight,and i always think that im ganna die soon,i left my job because of this and my doctor gaves me medication but i did not help and it just makes me feel worst,i need help plz
