Will I ever fully recover from my abuse of marijuana?

I just smoked two and two days apart and I realized after the second time he became depressed. I lived a lot of anxiety and panic attacks that I had never done before and I lost my personality brightness. I just do not want the same person. He was witty and fun as it was before, now I was very calm. I am also irritable and easily aggravated. Its been about 4 days I smoke and my cognitive skills are better now, but still realize that my personality has not fully recovered and tend to worry if ever? Someone he had a similar experience and anyone know how long does it take for my total healing?

Only twice has he smoked? Well Sure, you "catch up"! The side effects you are feeling now is probably the result of some negative emotions (fear, guilt, etc.) that have been associated with their use of marijuana very short duration and no drugs at all!
