Paxil and alcohol causes panic attacks?

Well, 6:17 ET I'm afraid to sleep because I feel I'm dying (I know its relationship with panic disorder). I drank about 4 ounces of rum a Bud Light and a Cosmo Drink Mix 8 oz Shortly after that I felt well and had a buzz OK, but as the night progressed, a sense of panic success. I've only been back on my Paxil 3 days. Ignoring critiscm deserve to know that we must not mix the two, I worry about dying in my dream or am I unreasonable?

No, not going to die in his sleep panic attack … or a mix Paxil and some booze … but as you know, do not be stupid and mix the next time. Alcohol only aggravates the crisis of panic (as weeds). When panick attack occurs, your adrenaline is also taking action, and this saves a lot …. breathing into paper bags, because you feel you need to control breathing is actually the worst thing you can do. You must slow your own breathing and breath through your nose down and blow by mouth. I practiced this method many times in my own panic attacks and decreased the severity of them dramatically. It really is mind over matter in some attacks …. but not all.
