I've been on planes all my life. I've never been sick once. Unfortunately, I recently developed emetophobia (fear of vomiting, and in my case, vomiting, panic attacks, horrible.) What are my chances of becoming sick in the air? One way to prevent it? (No drugs or patches, please.)
