A panic attack is a symptom of an anxiety disorder that has emotional and physical symptoms. The emotional symptoms related to an attack panic include intense feelings of excessive fear and inexplicable. I have social anxiety, how to do it through tomorrow?

So I had social anxiety and heat for 3 years (I am 13 years old). Tomorrow I'm going to read to my class, and of course, this puts me in a horrible situation because I get attacks I panic and turn to all red, can not breathe, swallow, too, shake and sweat as craazy = | So, my reading is not as if someone dies. For everyone like WTF? Is it like anything that can help me relax? I thought about going into some drugs or something I swear that what is really going to hand. It seems that the best option and most convenient for me. I can not answer questions in class, without being nervous and their performance tires me. I tried to go to a school psychologist and just did not work with breathing exercises, etc. Women were not much help either. I have a good diet and I am very active so I do not know what problem. My nervous system is like Bam. Anyway, what I can Relax Take tomorrow? All the time? Im really going to go days, a mad = |

Ok im 13 too and I do a presentation the next week and I have social anxiety too. I use to talk to the teacher last year, but I can not I cuz in 8th grade now practiced in the mirror and if it does not (which is not often), then when Im doing my project, I focused on two points, see (though I usually look at the class or aspect im facing the wall) and some breathing exercises while at work. And when I read things reemeber try to look forward too. If applicable. Im still working on mine and I have my own advice, but I hoped I helped a bit:)
