I think I have anxiety problems. What are the best treatment options?
I am a man of 22 years and have spent most of last year and a half. I have never been more stressed to say the least. I was in and out of panic attacks some worse than others. What happened recently, and I flew off at first. However, I think worse. I'm still worried, think I'm paranoid about everything and not knowing why. I left my skin and just feeling very depressed. What are the best treatment options for me. I really do not want a recipe. I prefer the bar / all natural. Although not technically know what it is. The prescription is my last action. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I had anxiety all my life. What helped "cure" … I stopped thinking a lot and lot. I keep busy and exercise.
