What is happening to me? Please help!?
Recently, I began to suffer panic attacks when I do normal things .. The EEG in the church, although I have been going there my whole life! I get them, especially if I am in the spotlight .. so I'm going to have heart palpitations (I was what they call). Ughh it's soo boring and I just want my life to return to how it was. I do not want to be on medication .. Are there fitness to heal?
