I have panic attacks?

I do not know what happened lately, but I think I have panic attacks. It is not as serious in some moments, but seems that whenever I am working more and I get dizzy sometimes and it seems that I'm going to faint. I am currently taking medication for that. Any ideas on how to obtain care?
