panic attacks heart disease

It is a symptom that many people experience, especially now that everyone is feeling much stress and that is heart palpitations. Usually are nothing to worry about. They are usually something that is benign and boring better. When they occur, one wonders whether there are ways to control the problem. There are several ways people can do that, and we'll discuss later.
Reduce caffeine intake
The reason many people are experiencing this problem is the fact that people seem to live on caffeine. One of the best ways to stop is to reduce or get rid of caffeine you take in. Those who have been weaned from caffeine found that the problem disappeared. With so many things that contain caffeine, completely eliminate from your diet is almost impossible, but you can control the amount you take in
Review your medications
The second way you can help yourself is to check the medication you use. There are medicines for things like blood pressure, antidepressants, and asthma can cause the problem. If you embarrassed by them, talk to your doctor and see if there is something you can take.
Cut alcohol consumption
Since caffeine, alcohol has the capacity to cause to create the same situation. If you find yourself to be affected by this problem and drink, you can stop to reduce their alcohol consumption.
The thing to remember is that generally the heart palpitations have nothing to fear. But if you start to feel any other symptoms when you experience the problem, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, sore headache or other symptoms should consult a doctor could mean that something is happening in your body.
This issue is something that is common, especially when people are stressed, drinking too much alcohol or caffeine, and taking certain medications, but perhaps make things happen that cause them. Examine your lifestyle and see what can be causing heart palpitations and ask yourself what you can do to fix it. You can see that the answer is in your control.

Heart disease? A very urgent matter?
I am 16 years old 5'11 weigh about 147 pounds. I have very severe pectus excavatum smoked for several years, but not heavy moerate occasionally. I lived as a staple in my heart muscles and left bite. Sometimes it hurts, but rearely just very uncomfortable. I have panic attacks and severe anxiety, I do not know if it causes or not, but anyway I also get dizziness and vertigo and felt like a panic attack as of right because my heart is very wrong and I suddenly and almost crash after I'm wondering how old was the youngest person with heart disease and really need to know if I should consult a doctor immediately?
Hello! Sorry to hear that he feels so bad. Yes, I would go to the doctor. In her panic attacks and anxiety, the following steps to remove (or at least significantly reduce) to: 1.Breathe well – if you control your breathing, you control panic. As soon as you notice signs of anxiety, check for breathing: breathe in slowly through your nose pushing the abdomen (on the number of 5 or less). Exhale slowly and a little more time (there are 7 or less) orally. Do not breathe quickly or superficially (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will feel much better. 2. Cognitive behavioral therapy! CBT has proven be as effective for panic attacks, OCD and anxiety etc. It takes a little work, but it is super efficient. (After 15 years of panic attacks, mine stopped completely.) You can talk to your doctor before taking a course or courses you can take a free online To: www.livinglifetothefull.com 3. Try relaxation exercise tapes (progressive muscular relaxation). It really helps if you practice often enough. You can get downloads Free Online, for example, each step http://www.studentservices.utas.edu.au/counselling/audio_resources/index.html practice makes perfect. (This is, in practice steps every day, not only when you feel bad). I hope you feel better soon. Good Luck!
