Panic attacks during the summer?
I get bad panic attacks during the summer …. several times day, even! Usually the night. I think it's because I have more time to think about summer, because I 'm not in school. But in reality, I have had panic attacks just thinking Summer is coming soon. I had difficulty to breathe and feel like I can not get a breath deep!
