Panic Attack and Paxil Ativan Will make them disappear?

Ok going off Paxil cold turkey of the week, last night's panic attack worst of my life hits me – I went to the hospital and put me on Ativan, bases, if necessary (once I took today) and a small amount of Paxil (40mg is now 20 mg). I'm on the fence to go to battle again with Paxil …. I do not know if you need only to accept I'll be there forever or if I have to present a plan next game I'm trying to get out but for now I need to know is that I can open a new can of worms with this Ativan (it helps and I take if I have a panic attack) and my panic attacks disappear after entering Paxil my system?? How long does it usually take?
